Take Exit 10 on M8 Follow N24 to Clonmel for 6.8 miles(11kms)
Then just past Barne Lodge Pub take left turn on to L3205 Newchapel.
Coolcree is ½ mile up this road, 7th house on the left.

Follow N25 to Waterford
Follow N24 to Clonmel then bypass the town,continuing along N24 through 6 roundabouts(Moangarrif,Carigeen,Tesco,Fethard Rd,Cashel Rd,Cahir Rd)
From last roundabout(Cahir Rd),it is 1.6 miles(2.7kms)on N24 to L3205 Newchapel.
Turn right on to this road and Coolcree is ½ mile away, 7th house on the left.
